Excellent customer service
The venue was clean and comfortable. An easy process to order tickets and a smooth concession transaction with workers. I watched a late evening movie and there was no one at the box office to greet me or inform me that one entrance of the doors were locked. I would have preferred that but it doesn't take away from the overall experience.
The theater is clean. Self-serve popcorn and drinks are convenient. The food is good. Reclining chairs are comfortable. My only suggestions would be:
1) offer a few health-focused menu items (eg high protein, low carb)
2) offer a few smaller portion items for times when someone just wants a snack instead of a whole meal
3) have the concession stand cashiers check more frequently for food that is ready to go into the dispenser. Sometimes I see my order sitting on that counter for a while and have to ask about it. It seems like there’s no mechanism in place to alert them when an order is ready. Even a simple bell would help.

It was very easy to purchase our tickets at kiosk. The seats are excellent. Super comfortable!
If you go on Tuesdays, the prices are discounted and very reasonable. The reclining chairs are AMAZING!
The new chairs, what I miss is being served due to my disability, it is difficult to get the popcorn and then the soda, take it to the movie.

Friendly staff, clean everything, some of the seats in our fancy ATX theater had cracking vinyl though, tasty popcorn, easily accessible popcorn salt, and seltzer water!!! I am diabetic and often can't drink anything other than plain water at movie theaters because I'm also allergic to artificial sweetener. TYTYTYTY for giving me something I love to drink!
This is our go to spot, my son plays games for 30 minutes and then watch our movie. Our routine every time. We other about 3 to 4 times a month.
Best entertainment in town.

I want to give a sincere compliment and acknowledgement to your manager at the Westlake's theatre. James is an incredibly empathetic and customer service-oriented professional. I went to see "Send Help" on 3/17/2026 and one of my food items was very hard and cold. It was not fresh. James knows I have been "A VERY LOYAL CUSTOMER" because he even expressed this to me. Ever since the grand opening of this location, I was there. I was always a loyal Regal Theatre customer. Then the pandemic and then when things were opening up and before the pandemic, it was The Alamo Drafthouse (same location before becoming Santikos Westlakes).....I went inside for the first time and I genuinely liked the staff and ambience. I wish the lighting were lower a bit, It's more warming and not "overly stimulating for people with sensitivity to this florescent lighting." However, the management staff has been wonderful from day one and one that I have gotten to know as much as I go to this theatre is James. He deserves to be recognized by the company and praised for this excellent customer service skills. When my food was obviously "unexceptable" as he told me, James listened with empathy and saw what needed to be corrected and took action. He made already bad day that I was having "so much better" with his genuine people skills and wanting to help the customer. As James told me, "You are a very loyal customer, and I want to make this right for you." This act of kindness and degree of accountability honestly made my day and I can't thank him enough for making my day brighter by how he handled the issue with the food. I told him that I wanted to reach out to Santikos and let them know about what an incredible asset he is to this organization. Thank you.

I always have a good time here. No complaints. The $5 Monday for military/responders and $5 Tuesday is always a delight. The customer service is at the kiosk when buying tickets are super polite and informative. The no waiting on food and I can just my seat to wait for a text message when it’s ready is even better. Once I’m done if I feel up to it I can bowl a few frames.
This theater is the best in my area. I like the food and seats.
We love our location, but now that they have changed the drinks over to the new Freestyle stations they taste crummy AND they got rid of Pibb xtra and have Dr Pepper now instead :( This was a HUGE disappointment yesterday.

I purchased my tickets online,it was quick and very easy. Once we arrived the concessions lines also moved quick,the popcorn was great as always.
I like the kiosk check in.

Easy to buy tixs online, and then very easy to check in for movie. I like the new system for snacks with cheaper prices, and refillable drinks and popcorn. Always love the reclining seats. Only way it could have been improved would be to have a little more monitoring by staff during the movie, as one family with lots of little kids sitting in first row of back section were allowing their kids to run around and be kind of loud which was disrupting during the movie. Thank you!!
