It was easy and quick to get through the line upon arrival. The popcorn was delicious and the seats were comfy! The movie time was prompt and everything was clear to hear and see.

Being able to wait until crowds thinned out to go was nice. Being able to choose seats when I purchase tickets online also helps choose a movie time.

Open Caption screening was a plus as English is not my wife’s first language. She gets more out of the movie with subtitles/Open Captions to help her follow along. Please, increase the amount of Open Caption screenings and we’ll likely increase the number of times we go to a Santikos theater.

The $5 Findl Cut is such an excellent way to see movies while trying to maintain a tight budget. The employees are always so nice. I really was surprised to see the drinks in the back on my most recent visit. This is very convenient, but I felt that I did not have enough room to handle my needs properly.. I felt like I was going to drop my popcorn. I actually spilled a bit of it.

All-in-all, I had a great experience. I feel that having yhr drinks in the back allows the employees to be more efficient with the purchase of tickets and food. I can make the line go more quickly.

Great experience! I enjoyed the recliner seats and the seats had enough space for me. I also enjoyed the rewards I got. I had enough for some free popcorn and a drink. I will definitely be back.
