the staff at the santikos grand 18 in Winston Salem are awesome.they go above and beyond to make your visit a fun time.the staff greet you and make you feel welcome. the santikos reward program lets you earn points for food and snacks,that's awesome.i would like to mention all of their names as many I consider friends as I've gotten to know them from my visits over the years but I don't want to leave anyone's name out.if the staff gets this message they will know that I like them all and will continue to frequent this cinema in my brothers honor.also they have many upgrades at this cinema. Buying tickets online is so easy and convenient. The seats are comfortable and spacious. The check in process is quick and easy. I love the movie selection, although I don't see EPIC by Baz Lurman offered. I would love to see that movie. Please try to get that movie to show. Thank you.

I love you guys. Experience is always pretty solid. The two employees I interacted with were very nice and helpful. First time having your pretzel and it was delicious. Only complaint is your app, it used to be much more user friendly. Now I have to go online to order tickets. Not very convenient. Happy to have you guys as my local theater chain.

It’s one of my favorite places to be truly!! Me and my boyfriend try to go at least once a month to the movies!! Seeing a movie for the first time in a theater surrounded by other people is such an amazing experience that is always worth the money and time!! I could not recommend this place more!
