Convenience of our theatre in Panama City Beach. Ease of getting tickets on line. Greeted when we arrived and had tickets checked with direction to our theatre. Refreshment staff is always friendly and helpful. Theatre appeared clean and in good shape. Visuals and sound was great as well
Love that each theater room has reclining seats. We always drive out of the way to go there.
theater is clean. seats are comfortable. projection equipment and screen and sound are excellent. staff have a great attitude. I love this theater. I drive 30 minutes from Seneca instead of going to another theater 5 minutes from my house.

Easy movie theater to enter, purchase tix, and find seats. Value is pretty on par, but this visit it did seem as the air/ AC was not on in our theater so it was kind of unpleasant.
Just overall love Santikos. Popcorn is great. Soda is too. And there’s always someone at concessions.

I love this theater and am excited by some of the updates. Not sure how I feel about self-serve popcorn but the other updates have been fantastic. We go almost weekly. I just wish Santikos had paid loyalty program that gave more ticket access. The current system is cool but I'd be much more interested in an AMC Stubs type program at this stage.

Everything every time we go have have an amazing experience. Clean restrooms, good popcorns, a clean space.
When I saw the Super Mario Galaxy movie with a couple of friends inside this theater, I had such an awesome experience—the seats were comfortable and another perk about Santikos Palladium is that I get to fill my container of popcorn from a dispenser instead of having someone do it for me by hand and it's the same idea for filling butter inside my popcorn. Needless to say, we had such an awesome time and the picture quality in IMAX was higher than my friends and I expected. Thank you for offering me this survey and I hope to do this again in the future!

Friendly staff. Very nice facility.
I showed up 30 minutes early and fell asleep. I slept through all the trailers and nobody bothered me. I woke up as the movie started and I was great. I like to stay after the end of the move until the credits are finished, just in case. No one ever bothers me then either. I love it.
