It’s planned workout so I can just show up. It has a coach that facilitates the workout. Workouts are always different and challenging.
It has changed my health and my motivation to work out. It is not boring at all and the coaches are very profesionales. I will recommend it 100%

the time and personalized instruction
I have been going to OTF over a year now. I am a elite member that attends daily. When I first started going the couches were very helpful in showing proper technique and keeping the energy up. Now I see very relaxed couching to none at all. This pasted Monday my wife and I came to class ready to run on a tread but was told there was only one available and if we wanted to start in the same spot we would have to start on the rowers. They also told me that they want to keep the class even on the treads and floor? Really not sure why this is a rule…. As much as We didn’t want to that day we went to the rowers, soon after this (30 seconds) another two people entered the gym and they were told that they could start on the treads I find this very confusing and frustrating.

Encouraging coaches and environment
Please offer a beginning-friendly class. Myself and others find the environment too intimidating. My intention is not to be an athlete, but just lose weight and be healthy. No need for that extra pressure. We all do what we can't to keep up with high-intensity classes.
I love the community atmosphere and the positive energy in the room. I also like that it is a full body workout and coaches are very approachable and work around your condition and/or injuries.
It’s fun and they pack a lot into the hour.
That is led by a trainer/coach and I just have to follow the instructions and not think about it.
I love the community and culture at Okotoks OTF. The coaches are fantastic. Huge benefit is that I just have to show up and enjoy the benefits of a custom workout that I know I will be challenged everytime!! Great music, great equipment and awesome running mates.

Love the coaches, love the 1 hour workout and the templates changes on daily basis. One note, I would ask management to give the studio a deep clean. There is 2" thick dust on the walls in front of the treadmills; imagine there's quite a bit of dust everywhere else too. been a member since 2018 and plan to continue.
I like the structure of events within each workout, as they seem to include a more complete workout. I also like having a coach to speak to, for whatever issue I need help with, which I have had to do.
