I like how the workout is balanced between cardio and lifting, as well as, how it changes every day. It’s amazing each class has a certified personal trainer leading it. They provide the music, motivation and inspiration to reach our goals. I like how here are regular benchmarks which allow members to measure progress. I also enjoy the community feeling within Orangetheory.
Difficult to find classes sometimes when on a variable work schedule

This was the worst customer service I've received in a long time. Also, there are other negative comments about this Miramar location. I am very dissatisfied with my experience, and I would not recommend this location to anyone.
Customer service is very important, and the managers are very rude and short. A manager reflects the company, and for them to behave this way negatively reflects your business.
Leadership needs to look honestly at this particular Miramar location and discuss customer service.
If the managers are dissatisfied with their jobs, this is shown on how they interface with their customers.

Coach was great. Workout was easy to understand, even when there were multiple pieces to it. Being able to work at your own pace is key.

I love that you have someone always pushing you and motivating you to work out. I like the fact that you need to book your spot. I love the staff that work there. I do suggest that you start a sheet that when staff come in they sign up for a number on either the tread or rower. I have been to multiple locations and that system works amazing and no one has to rush in trying to get what they want.

I like the structure of events within each workout, as they seem to include a more complete workout. I also like having a coach to speak to, for whatever issue I need help with, which I have had to do.
