I love that it is coach led and they are there to support. It’s also a different workout with a focus each day. The benchmarks and challenges also help you see your progress.
OTF workouts are easy for me because I show up and the workouts are already planned for me and they are different everyday. There is variety and constantly changing things up. No thinking about what to do today, what did I do yesterday, etc. Basically, show up, workout, leave and you are done for the day. Can't get much easier than that. Coaches are motivating and energetic which encourages you to keep going. When people asking me about OTF I describe it as a group workout class with a personal trainer to ask questions and provide instructions/directions if and when you need it.

I like OT a lot. The coaches, the schedule, the workout are very good. The fact that the exercise can be adjusted based on your needs, makes the experience enjoyable.
近隣に駐車場があればもう少し気軽に通えると思う。また、夕方のクラスが増えたらより通いやすいと思う。

The variation and ability to challenge myself.
The Coaches are critical! I float between two locations because of the coaches. The Colleyville location is so well run and Eric is the bomb as a Head Coach. I search out his classes to attend that work with my work schedule, but all of the coaches at this location are really great. Southlake my home studio has struggled but they have a new head Coach Elizabeth and she is the omb. Your coaches make the gym. The works out are good but with a great coach we leave going that was tough, but the coach was awesome! Take care of and keep your coaches. Without them it isn't memorible at all nor addictive....your coaches drive that great experience even when the work out is difficult or not great!

It’s super versatile and engaging, mix of cardio and strength training. I like that I don’t have to think about what I will be doing- just need to show up. I like the coaches and the set up of the studios. I like that they are everywhere so I can go to a class even during some business trips. I also like the app and all the metrics tracked which provide both the motivation and accountability!
I like that I don’t have to come up with the workouts myself. The coaches are very knowledgeable and it’s almost like having a personal trainer. You can tell with every coach that this isn’t just a job. I also really love how friendly and helpful the front desk staff always is.
I been attending OTF for almost a year and I love everything about it! From The Instructors to the Desk clerks and of course the Workouts. The atmosphere is always welcoming and motivating. I see and feel better every month ! If you haven’t joined yet I suggest you join! It’s totally worth it.

I like the intensity of the workout sessions. I attend at least three times a week and each day the workout is different, which I enjoy. I am challenged and encouraged by the coaches to reach my fitness goals.

The coaches, music, people and atmosphere make for a great workout everyday! They switch up the template so you are getting a full body workout every time you go.
I love the Orange Theory workout. I like having someone show me what to do and not have to think about it too much.

I love all the guided fitness classes because I had zero clue where to start. Your fitness level doesn't matter, just jump in and start. Each Coach provides a different insight to skill. So once you pick the day you deserve.. the quality of consistency is what drives you back to your own success. On my journey, I have lost weight, but have gained so much more. Friends. Life. Perspective.
I love how challenging the workouts are! The coaches encourage and push you to get the most out of your workout. The sense of community within the studio is unlike any other, too! The workouts themselves are great and leave me feeling my best when I leave the studio.
So many things but most recently I like the introduction of Tread50. I've been solely taking Tread 5O classes for 2 months now due to a surgery and I've noticed that each class I consistently power walk farther each class. The template designers do s great job creating blocks that challenge power and endurance. Tread 50 is a great addition to the Orangetheory workout options. Thank you!
