I did already call and talk to Vi (sp?) about this and she was able to accomdate me for my next appointment.
I guess some feedback is that Sunny took me back 5 minutes late and then ended my session five minutes early so I felt like to lost 10 minutes of my massage.
When I talked to Vi, she told me that session usually always end 5 minutes early to allow me time to get dressed and talk to my massage therapist. While I understand this, I think that if you were booked for a full hour, you should be massaged for the full hour and then there should be some buffering time in between appointments for chat with the client, etc.
I see that the massage therapists have appointments..literally back-to-back, so there's barely any time to breathe in between, let alone have time to talk to me about my continued treatment/sessions. I usually book 1.5 hours with Sunny but yesterday, I was unable to. She was so rushed during our session, was so busy that she looked frazzled and it really made me anxious before and during my session.
This is one of main reasons why I choose to go to spa at times because of incidents like this where I feel rushed in and rushed out and it's this corporate entity that is only concerned about the bottom line and not the customer experience.
I'm truly disappointed in my experience. My husband has a membership and I debate on whether I should join as well but these incidents really make me rethink how everything is ran and how I'm treated.
Excellent customer service with phone scheduling and greeting on arrival! I have never had a bad massage and look forward to each session. Have recommended many friends!

great therapists and they actually listen to your requests. i've gone to places before and asked for deeper pressure 10 times in a 60 min session. its nice that they will go harder or lighter when you ask them

I highly recommend Elements to anyone. I have a number of medical issues and Elements was extremely diligent to ensure no issues. The facility is clean and staff is top tier. I have used Madi as my therapist and have nothing but praise to throw her way. She is extremely personable and professional and has provided me the best massage I’ve ever received.
Paige is very professional in her communication skills and appearance. That is a lost art in customer service these days. Patrick is superb at his craft! He is the best and the only one I will schedule with.
