I usually like coming here. However I was disappointed this time. I had scheduled a facial and chemical peel, but wasn’t told until I got there the aesthetician wasn’t certified to do the chemical peels. Had I known that, I would have booked another time because that’s the main reason I scheduled the appointment. Also, the steamer wasn’t working? Which is my favorite part of the facial and is a major part of the skin treatment. It wasn’t until the facial had started that she told me it wasn’t working and that they had been having issues all day with it not working. Again, had I known, I would have rescheduled. Over all I felt like I wasted my time and a lot of money this last time I was here. It’s not usually how feel, but I’ll definitely think twice before doing another facial I was that disappointed. The only reason I didnt rate lower is because normally it’s fine, but this last time, super disappointed
So easy to schedule, staff at the front are always friendly and welcoming, I love the chocolates, I can often get same day bookings and the therapists are incredible. Libna and Aldrin both are miracle workers. They are so kind and so talented, I am so grateful for them both.
