Elements Medford is honestly one of the best studios around. The entire staff is so attentive, and the space itself is always calm, clean, serene, and smelling amazing the second you walk through the door. On top of that, Baba is incredible. I’ve been seeing him for years and couldn’t recommend him more. He’s so thoughtful and attentive during sessions, checks in just the right amount, and always zeroes in on where I’m holding tension without me even having to say much. A total game-changer!
