I usually see Chris, but I had an extra session and scheduled it with Alex due to availability. Alex listened to my concerns about my chronic pain. He made me comfortable throughout the massage asking if the pressure was ok and talked me through his next steps. Since I had been working with Chris on specific areas, Alex did full body to give the other areas attention they very much needed. Alex was professional, extremely helpful, friendly and easy to get along with. I highly recommend Alex. I also highly recommend Chris, Tara, Sara, and Ed. Everyone at Elements of great. The facility is clean and I leave in a lot less pain than when I arrived. Thank you.

Bebe is an excellent massage therapist, her skills result in a wonderful overhaul each time. The spa is pristine and conveniently located.

Wilson is a phenomenal massage therapist who pays clear attention to his clients needs and capacity. The front staff are welcoming, efficient, and kind. When I called a couple of weeks ago I asked about a gift card i had and do you take it. And I made an appointment a up on arriving I showed my gift card to them. And was told we don’t take this gift card 🥺🥺Okay I’m here now so I have to Pay or you will charge my credit card on file. But the lady did and GREAT job thank you Serena .
