Stephanie was great! It was my first massage and she really took the extra time to make me feel comfortable. I recently broke my foot and when I told her the bone, she went and did a quick research to see how it would effect my muscles and what she could do to offer relief! Truly an angel. Everyone was so kind and it’s such a nice facility! I left feeling absolutely blissful.

Anthony was thorough, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable during the process. He explained the root causes of the pain and stiffness and preventative measures. His treated all the immediate area as well as all related/contributing areas as well. Overall it was an effective and relaxing experience which is a hard combination to find.
First of all the people at the front desk are exceptionally warm, friendly and kind. The therapist are thoroughly trained and conduct themselves very professionally. They listen well and take time to consider what would be the best treatment for you. You can sense that you are their major focus and they are never in a rush. Their calm behavior lends to your relaxation.

My therapist Amy is excellent. After having the same therapist at Elements for ten years, I was a bit concerned about the change. I have been delighted by Amy’s therapeutic and clinical skills. She checks in with me frequently and adjusts her approach to my needs seamlessly. She has really helped me manage the discomfort of scoliosis and the muscle spasm of my very active life.

Had such an awesome experience at Elements Massage. The front desk was so helpful and patient with me. My therapist was awesome as well, very knowledgeable and gave recommendations of what I can do outside of massage to help my issue.
