My masseuse, Kimberly, is the absolute best masseuse I've ever had. She addresses my needs and she tailors my massage to my issues. It's never cookie cutter. I love her room as well. It's comfortable and quiet. I prefer my massage here over any luxury resort and you can't beat the price for the service you receive. The front office is always wonderful too.

From the moment I enter Elements, I am treated with friendliness and respect. The staff at the desk (especially Lois) is friendly and helpful, and they always remember my name. Danielle, my massage therapist, listens to my concerns and focuses her treatment on the spots I ask her to.

Everyone is lovely starting with Lisa at the front desk. Marilene was amazing, I came with shoulder tension and I felt so much better, she can be gentle and also give a good amount of pressure as needed. Love that she did some acupressure in my face.
Heather is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had, and she always makes sure you leave feeling relieved of all your pain.
