The gentleman I had who gave me my massage made my body feel better than it has since before my injury in 2021. Somehow my hips have less pressure feeling in them then they have had in years. I'm so grateful and blown away by how relaxed I felt walking out. I've had a lot of massages done in my life. But I've NEVER had a massage that truly relaxed my body and mind the way this one did.

Easy to schedule whether online or calling to talk to a person. As soon as you enter the door, they acknowledge you, with eye contact & a smile, the front & Therapists all seem like they are happy to be there, & trying to make your time there pleasant. Bathroom is always clean, & is quiet while getting massage.
Red Mountain Elements is the best, & Ive been to many others. I definitely recommend them.
Everything about the massage and atmosphere was very relaxing, therapust Jess found all the knots and trouble slots from past injuries and surgeries that had tension and knots, I greatly benefited from this massage and will be back.
