The receptionist and store manager are understanding and helpful. Being a member for years and working with multiple Element Massage locations, I have had massages by many Element massage therapists and worked with many staff. In setting up multiple massages I worked with the friendliness receptionist! She is a delight!
Unfortunately, in my lasts massage that was booked for two hours two things occurred: 1) the massage began late and ended early so the 2 hour massage was about an hour and half.
2) the massage therapist dozed off multiple times and from that point on it was a terrible massage.
I rarely speak up when there are issues but I did share with the receptionist about the therapist dozing off and she immediately spoke to her store manager and together the decided to take a half an hour off the massage. They handled it in a manner that made me feel like it was totally okay to say something. I choose not to say anything about the massage actually only being 1 1/2 hours instead of 2 hours mainly because I did not want to come off like I was piling up issues.
I left feeling like the massage therapist should only be doing hour long massages. I would recommend Elements in Whitefish Bay but would tell family and friends to avoid the massage therapist. My finance also got a 2 hour massage about the same time and he had an awesome experience!
I choose a 9 as I weighed previous experience, how my finance's massage went and how the receptionist and manager dealt with the issue.

Alicia is a true professional with years of experience and a drive to educate her clients about the methods she uses as they relate to the client’s lifestyle choices. No problems with the administrative processes of the Elements team - they collaborate well with their massage therapists. Excellent service.
Josue was fantastic. He was extremely personable and friendly. He focused on the areas that needed work and I left there feeling great! Will be back to work with him again in the future.
