Front desk staff are wonderful and definitely make up a vital part of the overall experience. They often look for ways to get me on the schedule if I have made appointments far enough in advance. I find them extremely helpful and very kind
The facility is kept clean, however it is a tad run down. The carpet is definitely something that I would not touch with my bare feet. With the recent pricing increases, I would hope that you could do some light remodelling, especially if that increase is not going directly into paying staff more. Also I'm surprised that Elements doesn't offer water for after your appointment. Hydrating is a crucial part of the massage process that I don't think most people are aware of. Also these are the small touches that I feel make a big difference. I did have some aroma therapy added on free of charge on my last appointment, I see that this is something that Elements is doing monthly - It's a lovely gesture but not sure that it makes up for the recent price increase. However it is a good way to get me to try something I otherwise wouldn't.

Kendra was amazing- very professional and informative for my first time at your location and using this company. I would definitely go back to her. She checked in during the massage about my comfort level and did a great job.
