The place is clean and everybody is friendly, the rates are reasonable and it is easy to schedule appointments. Most notably, Joseph is a wonderful massage therapist. He is knowledgeable, professional, and pays attention to detail. I have been going there for a few months now and I feel better all around: I am more flexible, have less neck pain and I can sleep on my left side again. I can fully recommend Elements Massage in Medford.

One reason, I like the services at Elements is, how easy it is to make appointments. If I call and get no answer, I receive a text message. Also, I appreciate the emails with availability with our favorite massage therapist John.
If I can’t figure out how to make an appointment through the email, I get a reply to my emails which is very appreciated.

For the south hill it is most convenient. But better yet are the therapists. Jaimie is my therapist and she unfroze my left shoulder several years ago. That alone has gotten people's attention when I talk about how good Elements is. And I like how she tells me what to do when I get home for the time between appointments....stretching and such. The front desk staff are really good and welcoming. The atmosphere of the facility is lovely, relaxing but not intimidating.
And I like the membership plan. So much more affordable to so many people.
