My massages have always been very good.
My last massage, with Raika, was good but she needs to work on her interpersonal skills. She was 6 minutes late (and I was the very first appointment). She didn’t acknowledge or apologize for being late. Very disrespectful. She also asked why I was there that day which is great - when I said that my mom had just died and I had been sitting with her for days and my whole body hurt, she said nothing. A little compassion would have been nice. She did hear me say my knee was bothering me and definitely spent time on that. Her massage skills were good, very good in fact. But there’s more to the experience than just that….

I went in with extreme neck pain. Rodger worked with me until I was pretty much out of pain. That was last evening and this morning I was a tad bit sore but a thousand percent better. He is very gifted and I will be back

The one hour massage I received was phenomenal. The message therapist made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She asked if I had any areas of concern and paid those areas extra attention. After the massage she gave me a water and briefly talked about the services offered by elements.
I’m a repeat facial client of Kaylee’s. She is knowledgeable, thorough, and her face massages are to die for. Elements 2 gift card deals gets me back each time, since I rather not do a membership.

I always enjoy my massages with Elements Massage. Very accommodating and welcoming environment. I've never had a bad massage. After my regular therapist moved, I was able to find a new therapist by talking with the front desk staff. Make sure you arrive early so you can relax and ask to use the restroom in back before you start. My only complaint is that they end the massages 5 min early...so a 60 min massage is only 55 min and a 90 min is only 85. I have to assume they want you out of the room for the next guess.
