I have been going to Elements Massage since 2018 since, 2021 or 2022 I have been seeing CRAIG. He is an amazing. I know the new ownership /manager has only taken over a month. But, he is so much better that some of your past ownership. The ownership around 2020 /2021 was the worst and I almost some going to Elements Massage but, once I found Craig i just dealt with the bad ownership.

Elements massage is a professional run business. From the owners to the staff everyone is very professional. You couldn't ask for a nicer group of people. When it gets to the therapists employed at Elements they are the best around. I couldn't ask for a better group of employees. They are professional as well and always try their best to accommodate their clients.
Amazing massage! Honestly, the best one I’ve had in a while. Sabrina was incredible. She really listened to my needs, especially since I was 8 weeks postpartum and tailored the entire massage specifically to me. She focused on all of my sore and tense areas and made the experience feel truly personalized. I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. Thank you, Sabrina!

The Massage I experienced was excellent. He managed to target all the areas of tension and pain in the muscle groups in my shoulders and back and eliminate that tension, so my muscles relaxed and had a greater range of motion and flexiblity at the conclusion of the session.

She understood my needs and pressure needed (not too much, not too little- just right- for me) and she adjusted deeper and lighter as needed or requested through the experience. It was really great. I’ll. E back.

I wasn't able to see my normal massage therapist due to a time mix-up, but the staff at the Elm Grove was able to set me up with Kathryn. She was excellent and met my needs. Now I know I have back-up when I can't see Beth.
