Jennifer was wonderful, and so was the young lady at the front desk. I was stuck in traffic and then got lost, and she was patient and kind with me. Jennifer made sure that I was relaxed and comfortable throughout the entire session. She was attentive, professional, and very skilled, and she truly took the time to make sure my needs were met. The experience was relaxing from start to finish, and I truly appreciated the understanding and great customer service. I’ll definitely be back!

The front desk staff at Elements were extremely helpful; the environment was friendly and welcoming; my therapist Rick was very personable and had excellent rhythm and flow, with warm hands that made the massage exactly what I needed, wonderfully relaxing and therapeutic. The Lake Oswego location continues to stand out for me; it has so far the highest concentration of skilled massage therapists, and I am truly thankful.
My experience was wonderful from the time that I checked in to the time I went into the room. The therapist explained everything to me since I was a first timer. I would recommend any family friends coworkers to this facility for any massages. I came in with super tense muscles and left super relaxed.

I've only had one massage in my life. Like over 15 years ago! When I began searching for a massage I googled, considered reviews and looked at websites and what places had to offer. I loved that your company had the ability to search by need and strength as well as gender. I was in so much pain I cried for a couple days and Heidi really made my shoulder blade tolerabe to where I am not sitting in chronic pain. I know it will take more sessions but I truly appreciated her willingness to hear out my issue, and hit every spot and even some I had no idea what they were! She was funny and very easy to talk to. The receptionist was very well informative, positive about her work environment and had such nice things to say about working there as well as very knowledgeable abojt helping me pick a plan and who could be a backup to Heidi and explaining things.
