William is very knowledgeable of the muscles and encouraged me to do some activities on my own to help release the lactic acid and tightness in my muscles. I have a degree in Human Biology and Kinesiology, and he clearly knew the origin, insertion and location of all the muscles causing me issues. I will be returning for sure and recommending him to my athletes.

I had a strange experience. I tried a new massage therapist, Lindsey. I’m not sure what was happening but there were several times during the massage when she was not massaging me for long minutes. At one point she was on the floor, and I asked her if everything was okay. There were also several times where she was touching a body part but not massage. Just holding a hand or foot for long minutes. Something was definitely off that day. I have a membership and will return to Andover, but I will not book with Lindsay again. It was not relaxing because it was so strange.

I maintain a very odd schedule so my availability is always questionable. I love that you send emails alerting me of openings, I love that you are open Sundays. The facility is clean and the staff is always pleasant. The location is walkable distance from my residence and Helena provided me one of the best massages I've ever had this past Sunday.

It really all starts at the door, you walk in feeling welcomed the atmosphere is calm and inviting.
The staff are really nice and the massage therapists are amazing, they take the time to listen to your needs and how to go about helping you feel good again. I recommend the montly club membership you cannot beat the price. Also, you can get the most wonderful facials!
