I had a 90 minute massage with Chase. It was the best massage I’ve had in a very long time. He listened to me as I explained my trouble points and what I was looking for. Before the Massage began, he laid out exactly what he was going to be doing. He followed that through, modifying as needed. I left feeling amazing.
My experience at elements is excellent. I would say that I have a go to person "Elena" that works magic. Her expertise in massage therapy is amazing and her customer interaction is second to none.

It has been many years since I got a massage at Element’s La Costa.
Although my appointment with Camille was last minute, I have told anyone who will listen that it probably was the best massage of my life! Camille listened to the areas I wanted to focus on and was very sensitive to all of my reactions.
Although there are massages that cost less, the ambiance and professionalism is worth every penny.
The friendly staff, and compassionate care, is very appreciated.

I was skeptical because it's a franchise but was pleasantly surprised. Clean , great staff and the best massage I have had. The masseuse actually listened to what I want. I signed up and have been twice now. Both times equally great. Look forward to my monthly visit

My husband booked a prenatal massage with Emmy and she was amazing! She was very informative with all of the nuances for prenatal massages and I felt very confident in her abilities and comfortable with her. She was very attentive for pressure and asked if there was any spots I wanted more attention to half way through the massage which was super awesome! Very impressed!

The massage was a nice experience. The therapist was courteous and listened to my story about past injuries and focused on the areas needing attention from being knotted or numb.
Staff is very pleasant and helpful and the facility is clean and attractive. But mainly, the masseuse I see is incredibly skilled and helpful. We have virtually no conversation-- just a very few words--which is not what I'm used to. But she is so attuned to my body, specifically the parts that hurt, that I am grateful for the non-verbal communication. I think of her as a "pain hunter," locating and extracting pain that is buried within, hidden behind shoulder blades or deep in a thigh. Sometimes the massages are merely wonderfully relaxing, but other times they are fully transformational, and I am much stronger afterwords, and this is quantifiable when I ride my bike and realize that I'm going significantly further and faster after seeing her than I was before. And that strength and stamina is retained for weeks, if not longer.

April was very friendly and welcoming. The amount of pressure she used was perfect. Loved the hot towels she uses on your feet and back. Especially loved the attention she gave the back of my neck. AMAZING.
