First of all the lobby smells great nice and relaxing! The staff is wonderful always asking if you need anything, and the massage! Wow always walk out feeling like a million bucks!
The staff was professional and welcoming from the time you enter the spa. Connie, my massage therapist, did an excellent job addressing areas of muscle soreness. The environment was very calm and relaxing. I would definitely recommend Elements to family and friends.

She started my massage on time. It was quiet outside my door. She did the type of pressure I asked for and hit the areas I asked for. I was able to speak with a human when scheduling my appointment and asking questions. My massage therapist did not smell. There are cups and water available in the lobby. Love the promotions that make it possible for me to come!
This is a trustworthy place with a talented "stable" of massage therapists! I have been a monthly massage client for a few years now. I appreciate the friendly, clean, modern, and serene atmosphere. Each therapist has been vetted and is individually described as to the areas of expertise and level of intensity of touch. That allows me to sample a variety of individual styles and get just the experience I want.
