The practice is good and I have typically had a good therapist. Lee was good but he spent more time on my back than I wanted. He said he did this because I was really tight. I don’t disagree with that but I didn’t really get a full body massage as a result. I think asking if I would like him
To spend more time would have been preferred as opposed to him making that decision.

This was my first experience at Elements. I had a 90 minute massage with Amy. It was amazing! I splurged for the hot stone massage and it was worth every penny. I will be back for sure.

Wendy listened to exactly what I needed. I had pulled a muscle or something and I was in major pain. My regular spa couldn’t get me until the following day. You were super heroes for me and the massage was amazing and has helped relieve my pain.

Everything about Elements in Walnut Creek is perfect! Samantha is my favorite masseuse & she is wonderful. The staff are friendly & very helpful. Also, the surroundings are very indicative to a relaxing place to have a massage!
