The best 90 mins massage I’ve experienced! I told Karl that I have neck and shoulder problems so just do what he needs to do because I might and I did fell asleep as I usually do during massage sessions. Next thing I know I woke up feeling like I have a new neck and shoulders. I felt so refreshed, relaxed and my blood is finally moving again. I will definitely comeback in two weeks. 5 stars to the staff, facility and the massage technique.
Yesse does a phenomenal job, and I always leave feeling better than I came in! I have had a couple times where I had a sore back from moving, and Yesse was able to alleviate the pain that I had been feeling for weeks after just one 90 min session. It’s amazing, and so appreciated!
I adore the team at Elements. They’re kind and professional and have taken great care of me for years. All their specialists are talented and great — but Clenisha is stand-out. She goes above and beyond, showing consistent care for my well being and overall health.
I’d recommend Elements to anyone in the Chicago area, especially folks in South Loop, Southside and central Chicago.

I've had massages before, but this was a REAL deep tissue massage. First and foremost, I was comfortable from the start. Lilly was my masseuse. She was very precise with her approach and gave the perfect pressure. I will absolutely recommend her especially if youre in the gym and need your tight muscles worked on. I was very satisfied!!

In all honesty after my visit Aug 5 with Dean when I couldn’t schedule the next visit until Sept 24 and it wasn’t for the full time that I pay for monthly, I had decided I would end my membership. The person at the desk didn’t seem to care that it was seven weeks in between appointments or that it wasn’t for the time that I pay for, nor did she care that this had happened already so frequently that Elements owed me 3 appointments, and offered nothing as a solution. I was in the process of looking for someone else when I was sent an email with new service providers on it. One of them provided the type of massage I prefer so I called to see if I could get an appointment. The person who answered the phone was someone I had spoken with multiple times when I had been there on weekends- I’m sorry I don’t know her name but she is a rock star. She connected me with Hannah and I was able to schedule an appointment Sept 5. Hannah is fabulous and I had a wonderful experience. When I checked out we chatted a bit and I told her what had been going on. She took care of everything, I have been able to schedule my next appointments through November. It’s unfortunate that not all of your employees are customer friendly, it will cost you business.
