Checking in and out is pretty easy. Vinny is amazing! I am 50 years old, and have been getting massages regularly since my 30’s, and he is one of the best. He changes techniques based on what hurts that day and is extremely knowledgeable. Also, he respect for your body, in the wait he drapes you, is impeccable.
I had never patronized this establishment before, but when I was welcomed so warmly at the reception desk that it immediately put me at ease. I had booked a massage appointment as a gift to myself at the end of a tough work week, and I couldn't be more appreciative of the quality of service I received. My therapist (Rhys) was top-notch. He asked me about my desired pressure and what areas on my body he should focus on, and actually listened. And, this may not be a big deal to others, I am beyond thankful that he was silent the entire hour- OMG- the number of massages I've had in the past with massage therapists who chat non-stop the entire time is astonishing- guaranteed to make you more stressed-out than when you arrived...lol. Thank you for a great overall experience- I look forward to making another appointment.

Sue was great and I don't get massages very often, but this was so wonderful.
Frank is great and I am always greeted with friendly faces from the staff. It is easy.
My therapist really listened to me and even after just one session i am feeling better. I am in my 60’s and very active but have a lot of injuries. Warnner was able to work through the worst of the tension knots and i am able to move much more freely and with less pain!

The massage was amazing. I liked it a lot.
Elements has a soothing atmosphere from the moment you walk in the door. The message rooms are cozy and inviting. The table is comfortable and can be heated. The best part is the massage from Chad - it was perfect. He always ask where focus is needed. I’ve been seeing for quite awhile so he knows how the strength I like; but he asked for over 6 months before automatically defaulting. Even then, he always checks during the massage as he he shifts to each new area…if I’m awake. Kiss - I can’t wait until my next appointment. My two masseurs are Chad and Dustin - they both are wonderful. I highly recommend both of them.

The receptionist always greets me with a smile and is very kind and friendly. My therapist is very professional and always asks me what my main area of concern are if any. She always does an amazing job. I’m never disappointed.
The ease of booking and that you allow me to text to coordinate. Service is great when I come, the atmosphere is nice, most of the masseurs/masseuses are great, and I love that I can roll over my credits and gift them to others if I don’t use them each month.
