I do love how clean it is and the ease of booking. I do wish the massages went as close to the full time as they could be. Like I am undressed and on the table in less that 1 minute…but then I wait 5-7 for the person to come in. Same with when they “let them know you’re here…” that takes at least 3-5 for them to come get you. It’s also kind of dumb that I pay an extra fee per half hour because my person has some certificate. It feels the same as any other massage. Plus a tip on top of the extra fee, all on top of the monthly $70. Adds up, and is not really worth it.

They ask you if you have certain areas that are bothering you and will focus more on that area.

Literally everything was great! I was greeted right away and offered two different temperatures of water. Reminded to use the restroom :) The massage itself was heavenly and I would recommend Cameron to anyone! I didn't feel pressured to sign up for a membership or do any add ons, just asked nicely. I wouldn't change a thing about it.
I've been an Elements member for 10+ years and I love it. It's easy to book, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the therapists are the best!
My current therapist is D. He has a wonderful and unique style that is deeply relaxing but also very effective for treatment.
