The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I had questions during my initial booking and the associate on the phone was pleasant, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions with in-depth responses. During our visit, the staff explained step-by-step what would happen. The masseuses' kept checking in with me and my mom about our comfort level and pressure used during the massage. After our massages, we were checking out and the front desk coordinator offered us their membership. This membership not only saved us money on this first set of massages but gives us a discount on our next one! There will most definitely be a next time!! I would recommend Elements Massage to any and everyone. Thank you all for making this such an amazing experience for first time massage customers.
