It was a great experience from start to finish. This was my first sports massage, and Preston did a incredible job! He was able to loosen up my back, shoulders, delts, arms, quad, and knee. As a football player, my body takes a beating, and I walked out feeling better than I have in a long time.
What really stood out was Preston's knowledge and experience. With his NFL background working with the Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles, he knew exactly what areas needed attention and how to treat them. I felt a huge difference in my mobility and recovery afterward.
The entire experience was professional. The front desk staff was welcoming, friendly, and made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. My technician was so kind & helpful. She was receptive to when the pressure was too much and she focused on places I asked about. She used a variety of techniques, and I really enjoyed my session with her. I’ll definitely try book with her next time as well.
