Everything from the moment I walk in through the front door to the exit afterwards is stellar. The staff is always welcoming and relaxing. The atmosphere is darker, quiet, and has natural elements that help to dissociate from real life stress. And of course, I love massages with Chad. Every person I’ve had a massage with there is fantastic, but Chad stands out to me with his intuitive hands and interactions. He’s okay with silence, as am I, which really helps me to relax and get that much more out of the whole experience.

I have been getting monthly massages at Elements in Swampscott for a few years now and love the entire experience. It is easy to see availability and to book appointments and the front desk is very pleasant. I always request Juan because he is incredibly knowledgeable about specific muscle groups and issues and his skills are simply remarkable. I tried a few other providers at Elements a few years ago but Juan provides the best massage experience by far. I look forward to continuing my membership at Elements in the years to come.
