Everyone was friendly, and my massage therapist checked in with me before and throughout my treatment to make sure he hit the areas I wanted worked on, as well as to check the pressure and my comfort. It was a wonderful experience!

Well for starters it seems like you have a fair amount of turnover. However I have only had positive experiences here with several of your massage therapist. Most recently with Erin, she really dialed in on a few trouble spots and took her time to work on them.

I feel comfortable there. Friendly staff. Close to home. Clean.

I love the availability that the location has - from early morning to late in the evening. It's so convenient for my schedule. I think this also aids in the location always having last minute availability. Not having immediate openings was always a reason I strayed away from attempting to get massages. I always wanted them when I was sore from my workouts, but could never get in at other places. Here at Elements I've never had an issue with getting in when I need it and I truly appreciate that!

I like that the therapists are professional. The one time I had an issue at this location I was able to speak directly with the owner. He resolved my issue with a complimentary massage.
