I had a wonderful massage with Himalayan salt stones. Jim did a great job with finding out my problem areas and made suggestions for what I could do at home for areas where I have issues. I will def be back for more massages. I felt relaxed during and after and had less pain and stiffness. Thank you so much Jim!

From scheduling an appointment to sitting in the lounge before my massage I feel at peace knowing I’m getting a great service that benefits my body, mind and soul. I’ve been going to “Elements” since 2005 or 2006 but close to 20 years. The Lonetree studio even though is a 30 minute mostly on the highway drive for me, I think this is hands down in the top studios I’ve utilized.

Peyton did an amazing job!! I was impressed by her techniques and she was just so easy going. I would come here again for a massage as it was so relaxing. I do recommend Peyton though, she won’t disappoint!
