I have an enjoyable experience with my massage therapist Eric. He is very interested in what is bothering me with my body and what I would like him to work on and at what intensity I want him to use with his fingers.
The masseuse was great, and really focused on the things I needed done.
Mary has been greeting me by name since I started going to the Western Springs location over 11 years ago. I had recently lost my husband to cancer and I was very sad. She always made me feel welcome and valued as a person and customer and I looked forward to going to my appointment. Miranda has been my massage therapist for many years. She knows me well and knows just what to do when I am there for a massage! She is great! Going to Elements every other week has always been a pleasant experience:)

I’m always greeted by name at the door and treated like a guest. Appointments are always on time! My last massage by Jaime was the best. He is a very nice, respectful young man with a wonderful unique massage style. 10/10 always!
That you get what you asked for, they listen to you. I had Amanda. It was the first massage in 10 yrs. She was wonderful. Very attentive to your needs, requests and current status during the message. I have no complaints. It was just how I'd want a massage to be. Totally comfortable, never awkward. I'll definitely recommend to friends!
