Lovely, friendly, and attentive staff from the admins to the aesthetician to the LMTs. I greatly look forward to each visit because I know they will treat me to some of the best pampering in the business. They aren't pushy about services or add-ons, but rather they make suggestions based on my feedback. I hope to keep coming back.

Jessica is professional, checks in during the massage, adjusts if needed, and makes sure the client is comfortable. My husband recommended/referred her to me.
Luke was a very good masseuse. He is very prompt and he applied the right amount of pressure.
He created a very relaxing and calming atmosphere/environment.
My only issue is with the recommended gratuity amount that Elements suggested: they suggested a gratuity of $26; however the actual service (1 hour massage) was only $64. So, the suggested tip amount was based on a massage costing $130. Elements was not acting with integrity by basing gratuity on a service costing $130 when the actual service cost was $64.
The massage therapists and front desk staff are polite, professional, and accommodating. I've been a member for around two years and have never been disappointed with any interaction.
Elements is a great business model for offering massage. It is easy to get an appointment and the receptionist tries very hard to match you with the therapist that is right for you; male or female, the kind of pressure you enjoy so your needs are met. It is a calming environment as well.

I still have some gift cards from when I had a membership (accumulated quite a few as a family member was sick) The kind associate at the desk had no problem with it being from 2024 (even though I know it’s still valid, I was surprised no comment was made) My practitioner Kaira is wonderful! I will certainly consider a future membership again once I use my remaining massages!

The massage therapist, Jackson, was very attentive and focused on my problem areas as requested, which left me feeling great, with decreased muscle tension and increased overall relaxation! He also respected my downtime/quiet time with very little conversation, talking only when needed as related to the session/instructions/findings/recommendations ect.
