Sara was AMAZING. She was so sweet and so fun to talk to. She made me feel so relaxed and I laughed the whole time. The massage was also perfect. I woke up pain free the next day. I would definitely recommend Sara to anyone.

All the staff have always been nice and I love the atmosphere.
This was my first time getting a massage in the last decade. The second I stepped through the front door i felt an instant vibe shift. It felt lite and calm and the ladies at the front desk just added to that feeling. They were so helpful and welcoming. They helped me feel at ease even before the massage began. The massage with Martha was amazing. I spoke to her about my problem areas and it felt like she spent days working on those areas. I can't wait to go back.

From the moment I walked into the building, I felt welcomed. The staff was so kind, friendly, and talkative, which immediately made me feel comfortable.
And then there was Victoria — WOW! She was absolutely amazing! She listened to exactly what I wanted and focused on every area I asked her to work on. She truly knew what she was doing, and I left feeling like a completely different person.
Victoria is honestly the best massage therapist I think I’ve ever had! I highly recommend her and this location to anyone looking for an amazing massage experience.
Honestly, I almost hate giving her name away because I don’t want everyone booking her and taking all of her appointments! 😂 But at the same time, she deserves all the praise and recognition because she is THAT good.

We love Elements for our local massages to go to for our monthly routine. There is a great team there that are well trained and very kind as well who listen to your needs. The front desk team is fabulous and always ready to assist in any way they can. We love to come here as a couple and enjoy the time being pampered. Thank you all!

Front desk staff is always friendly. Kurtis is amazing at checking to see if there’s anything specific that needs to be focused on and then periodically checking to see how the pressure is. I always leave feeling super refreshed.
