Great experience

I have to say that typically the staff working at the reception desk are professional. During my last visit there was a very young lady, maybe still a teenager, and she was so immature that it left me with a bad feeling. She was talking about paying bills and saying that she was going to marry a rich guy so she never had to work again. I did not go into my session with a good feeling. Maybe she was just having a day, but that was a big turn off for me. I think it is better for your business to not have the staff complaining while customers are in the waiting area.

As an elderly woman who spent decades caring for my disabled and now deceased husband, I focused most of my time and energy on keeping him healthy and comfortable. During that time, however, I unfortunately neglected to care enough for myself. I was delighted, however, when my sister recently treated me to a lovely massage session at your establishment, helping me process some difficult emotions and relieve my sorrow. I'm sure we'll be back for more when my sister visits me again from California!
