I simply tell her what’s hurting or what areas need extra attention, and she always knows exactly what to do. She truly understands the assignment and consistently provides an amazing massage. I always leave feeling so much better. I have referred family and friends to her also.

Jared is an excellent massage therapist. He is professional, knowledgeable, and really takes the time to understand what is going on in your body before getting started. His massage work is both therapeutic and relaxing, and I always leave feeling better than when I came in. He has a great ability to find the areas that need attention and adjust pressure appropriately. He has helped me so much with tension and pain relief. I highly recommend Jared to anyone looking for a skilled, thoughtful, and effective massage therapist.
Very nice people at the front desk / they make you feel welcomed. My massage therapist, Elizabeth is the best/ always focused on working those areas that I say feel bad. I have a bad neck and back and what a difference my massages make.

Was welcomed nicely by the two receptionists. The waiting area is clean and attractive. Brittany greeted me right on time and took me to a clean-looking and smelling room. I had a 90-minute massage, and she did a good job working on my sore muscles. I was very pleased with the experience I had at Elements. This is the only place I would go to get a good massage.
My massage therapist Tressa was so great! I loved her and the massage! Will be back again.
