Two of the therapists that I used to see are no longer there. The last time I was able to reschedule the same day with William. I am glad I did. William has provided me with the most relaxing massages the past two appointments with him. Keep doing what you are doing William! I would definitely recommend William to anyone who is looking for a good massage therapist.

Cat is an amazing massage therapist! She is intuitive and also asks what is needed. She remembers my issues and I don't see her frequently enough.
Melissa was very thorough in her technique and communication skills in treatment. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Melissa also gave instructions on what additional focuses and treatment to increase my next experience. I’m definitely going back soon and requesting her

Unique treatment as it was skin treatment for my back. It was relaxing, but there were two products used in which one felt like I had needles all over my back and another burned. I wish the young lady informed me what she was doing or checked in with me if it felt OK. I know you dont normally talk during a massage but this needed, a "what was next" comment. As this was also a treatment, she didn't talk with me afterwards to tell me what areas she worked on or what she did. I was told to just go to the front and check out. At the front I was told it was recommended I come back in 3-4 weeks, but not why. I've never had a "back facial" before, so i wish she had asked that before we started and provided some insight.
The therapist asked what I wanted to work on that day, and asked for feedback during the session as to whether the pressure was too heavy or light and if it was meeting my expectations. Thanks!
Erin did a great job making sure I was comfortable the entire service. She made sure to ask questions throughout and made recommendations when I asked.

My firts time at elements. The staff at the front was friendly...atmosphere was great..very clean. Jordan was fantastic...he was all about helping me with my shoulder pain and wow it made a difference. I will be back for more :-)
