I am a female and I usually request female therapists. I selected Karl thinking he was another therapist I’d previously had a good experience with. When I got there, I realized the mistake I made and that I was booked for a 30 min stretch and 90 minute massage with the wrong person (and a male at that!). I went along with it, and let me tell you: I am so glad I made that mistake and rolled with it. Karl was amazing! He was able to get out knots and stiffness that I had been carrying for months. I left feeling like a new person. It was so good that when I got home, I went back on the booking site to see when I would be able to go back. The ladies at the front desk were also very nice and professional, but Karl for the win! I’ve been walking around for the past two days telling anyone who will listen about the great stretch and massage I got.

I was having a pretty bad day...lost a dear friend and hadn't slept for over 48 hours...Ginger ender up putting me to sleep during my massage...was FANTASTIC!!! Went home and ended up sleeping for around 10 hours...got up, did a few things and went to bed and slept another 6 hours!! Thank you, Ginger, for making me totally relaxed...you are absolutely AWESOME...see you next month.

The front desk staff was very informative and friendly. She explained the differences in the techniques provided, and discussed how each therapy session would progress. My therapist,
Gabe, was extremely kind. During the session, he would ask if the pressure was too much or not enough, which was an A+ in my opinion. He was also very kind and professional. At the end of the massage, Gabe recommended products to help soothe sore muscles and stretches to help alleviate/minimize pain in my neck, legs and feet.

I love how they make the effort to get ot know each of their clients. It doesn't matter how often a client comes in or what service(s) they receive. Their hellos are so friendly and they are always looking out for your comfort from the minute you walk in the door.
