Everyone in reception was awesome.And they even remembered me after four years. They took care of me and Colton was fabulous. It was so good. I re-signed up for my monthly membership and will be going indefinitely.
Kathy listened to what my issues were and responded to all of them. She used just the right amount of pressure and moved smoothly from one area to another. I left with significantly less pain and feeling very relaxed. And she provided me with exercises that will help me avoid further strains on my muscles.
By the next day I was practically pain free!

I do stupid things to my body. Troy fixes them. He’s amazing and does not judge me when I hobble in the door and my shoulders are in knots. I truly think he is critical to keeping me healthy as an athlete.
Easy online scheduling. Clean, quiet space. Ample parking. Staff is always courteous and helpful. Kevin is a great masseuse. He really listens, while also offering suggestions to address problem areas.
The employees are wonderful! They definitely go above and beyond, treating the clients like old friends. My therapist is extraordinary, as well. It's always a treat to go see Donnie, and I leave feeling completely euphoric and relaxed. He targets problem areas when necessary, and I've definitely noticed an improvement since I started seeing him.

The front desk staff is very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. The therapists are all great, I’ve seen almost all of them and you really can’t go wrong! Everyone is very talented and you can tell they truly care. I’ve been to a few other Elements locations and I can’t recommend Medford enough!
