I am 4 weeks post inspection and have not had any communication with Amerispec in regards to recieving our report. (2) emails not responded to, phone m3ssage not repsponded to. Contractor we are working with made email request with no response as well.
I get delays occur, but no communication is not acceptable.

Very thorough
Marc was very friendly and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had.
The Individual was patient, he did his work with carefulness, I paid him cash and with his trust he sent the info and I later received my receipt.

The Amerispec inspectors are always on time and most times arrive early to the appointment. The inspections are very thorough. The inspectors take the time to explain their findings to the client. The inspection reports are very organized, include photos and are easy to understand.
Jorge did a good job of explaining what he found and the impacts in an understandable way. I feel confident about the state of the home we’re buying and what we’ll need to do when the sale is final.
