Justin, our Energy Auditor was just a really nice person. He thoroughly explained how he would perform the audit and before he left reviewed all the areas in the house where I could save energy. We enjoyed him so much we sent him home with some meatball squash stew.
Matt was very thorough, patient and answered all of my questions. He pointed out things that I would need to do to maintain my new home. On items that were designated as defects, he explained what was wrong and what needed to be done to correct them. I especially liked that he never talked down to me.
You guys are very thorough. We've had you guys does 2 inspections and thanks to you we were able to say no because of the extensive repairs that would have been needed for both places.
