I enjoyed the quick appointment scheduling of the inspection services. This is a requirement to obtain this inspection before applying for the Canada Greener Homes Loan. The Gueplh staff were great and answered all my questions.
Got complete report, all clear and explained at the property too. Experience/ professional service provided. Good report all covered.
Main disappointment was not calling us to tell us we were not approved for Home Heating program. Called Efficiency NS after not hearing anything to learn Amerispec was supposed to have callled us 7 months prior. Also don’t feel we had good counsel from the energy assessor and communications in general were poor.
Josh was on time, friendly, professional, thorough and helped us alot.
