The townhouse was on a new street. The inspector was late. Was not able to reach anyone at the office or the inspector directly to verify that he was coming. Not being able to reach anyone lead to unnecessary anxiety. The inspector should have answered his phone or called when he not able to arrive on time.

Ameriserve quoted a radon mitigation system in a wide open basement and failed to connect the fan stating there was no electrical access. Installers were lazy and failed to locate electrical in a wide open basement (no drywall, no ceiling) prior to beginning the install. Exposed outlet on the south wall is available, no impeding walls or ceilings to hide electrical.
AmeriServe did the home inspection, had access to the house used loose language on "electrical access" to get out of finishing the install.
Would not recommend.
