Nous avons eu Alain, il nous a donné un service incroyable. Je recommande 1000x cet inspecteur et même on m'a dit (sans avoir pu le tester) que tous les inspecteurs de cette agence est ainsi. Nous avons eu des expliquations de A à Z. Nous ne pouvons pas rêver mieux pour l'achat d'une première maison que le service que nous avons reçu. Un énorme MERCI. Cela a été rassurant et l'inspecteur apportait une touche d'humour qui brisait la glace.
Confirmed available for inspection with short notice (Same day as contacted). Lost an initial inspection opportunity due to unexpected issue on my end yet were immediately available the next day for another opportunity. Worked directly with realtor to coordinate access, Inspection was scheduled for 2 pm, Arrived on time. I received a comprehensive phone call same evening with details of my report and had a detailed 70+ page report within hours of inspection. I can't think of any way this could have been done better.

The inspector was early and I am a believer in the old adage, if you are not early, your late. He was friendly, courteous and very professional. He was very thorough and when he was done, he went through the home's systems with me, showed me where the outside hose bib cut off valves were, etc. Great experience.
An added bonus of using Amerispec one we were not aware of, is their after inspection concierge service. They connected us to a Local insurance broker, and will handle our utilities transfer prior to settlement all at no additional cost. Thank you Amerispec for helping with our move!
