You Guys missed the rusting Hot water heater when you inspected the house. Now I'm stuck with a 5k+ bill to fix it and the sub flooring. I will not recommend you guys to anyone.

Thorough but not overkill in making things seem alarming to buyers. Like that radon services are offered as well. Good communication.
The inspector, Ken, explained all findings in detail at a level I could understand as a first time home buyer. I truly felt like Ken was on my side and offered sound advice.
