We thought that David was a very pleasant and honest man. He seemed to do a very thorough job inspecting the home and took his time sharing everything with us. It definitely made us feel at ease with our home purchase.
Bill is extremely thorough and always puts his clients first. He uses all the latest technology and his reports coming within hours of the inspection which help with tight timelines.

I had to use this because of the problems in the home and the severity of the items was not communicated with a clarity.

Inspector was quick, and very thorough. He took time to come explain was each item was to us after each section of the inspection concluded and was very honest about how common some of the inspected defects were, and whether or not they were something to be seriously worried about.
The inspector was a cool and interesting guy to talk to. 10/10.
