Timely responses, and friendly customer service
Josee was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I called.
Amanda came to our house to perform the inspection. She was great and explained all dacets of the inspection process and what we should expect to receive from our Greener Homes grant.
Extremely thorough and practical, it was great having the walk through at the end. The report was also provided the same day which was helpful for insurance purposes. David also has a great sense of humour.
On time, competent, report available within 24 hours. Colleen is friendly and knowledgeable. Best in town.
They sent me email reminders in terms of scheduling appointments and were able to make appointments very quickly when summoned!
