Wasn’t completely satisfied. And I asked for an inspection and then got billed for the whole test, which wasn’t even completed
Inspection report a bit delayed sometimes because of very hectic schedule of Cory being by himself but overall he is really doing an Excellent service! Very reliable. I use him all the time!

Our inspection surpassed our expectations! The inspector, David, was early, friendly and incredibly thorough. He made the entire experience enjoyable with his "Inspector Jokes". He was also very knowledgable. We knew we could trust him right away and were confident in securing the purchase of our new home based off of his advice and inspection.
