I was informed that the report of findings will take about 2 weeks. In my view, this is very long since I need the report to arrange for attic insulation. It will be nice if the report is prepared in time instead of unnecessary delay

Thought that the inspection was comprehensive, and the inspector was both knowledgeable and friendly.
Colleen Brand is the best inspector and I highly recommend her! She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. She is also very thorough, detail oriented and has a way of communicating any potential issues that may arise in a non alarming way to the Buyer. My clients have all been very happy with her.
It makes us feel more secure in having a third set of eyes checking on things that we don’t know what we are looking for. And every thing on the list was fixed or finished before we even got there to mention it.
