Stewart was prompt, thorough, honest, quick & efficient moving about the 3 level home, running rings around us younger folk! Lol đ He did his due diligence with our best interest at hand. He was very friendly, down to earth, and explained everything to us in grand detail. The only down side was not being able to physically talk to someone when calling. However when I did get an answer, Daytona was nice, informative & answered all my questions & concerns! Thanks AmeriSpec âŁïž Hopefully all goes well on this housing choice! This was a very thorough inspection of over two hours. While several issues were identified, the inspector was honest and clear instead of over or under playing the situation and we appreciate both the personal candidness of the inspector and also the professional report!

We had a septic inspection, wish we had had a home inspection with Amerispec too, but we were on a tight schedule, and they were booked. Besides the deep knowledge (not to diminish the importance of that), we were especially happy with the very friendly inspector who was happy to answer our questions, and welcomed us to follow him around, answering numerous other questions beyond just septic. Note: a septic inspection can take hours based on the flow of water, and septic conditions. Thanks Myron.

The inspector was great. He really took the time to explain all of his findings and answer all of my questions. As a first time home buyer, I really appreciated his patience and thoroughness!
Your inspector was here for 6 and one half hour. Ridiculous long. And then he came back to pick up the radon tests and he had to still go up into the attic. He refused to fix my rod in the closet(that is where the access is to the attic). I had to refuse him access to the attic because he would not leave my home the way he found it.

The termite treatment guy, Myron, was great and the price was reasonable. 10 for that part, but the original inspection was overkill, and called out some things that in my opinion were unnecessary and only serve to cause buyers undue anxiety.
