Matt was very knowledgeable and walked us through each step of the process. Explaining each detail as he went along.
The home inspector did what i believe to be a thorough inspection by himself. He answered some questions during the inspection but did not engage in any way.
At the end of the inspection he told us about two "major" defects he found. We believe he should have reviewed ALL major and minor defects with us in person so that we would have had the opportunity to review and ask questions. We were unaware of the specific minor defects he found until we received the written report.
As the new homeowner, it would have been helpful to review these items with him in more detail so that we had a better understanding of how these items might be addressed after closing.
They were quick, and efficient, and let me know exactly what needed to be fixed in my home.
The inspections are done well with issues explained. The cost is in line & the staff is friendly. The inspectors explain the property well

L'inspecteur, Dany Dumont, License #22032, était ultra professionnel. Il a pris tout le temps qu'il fallait pour bien nous informer et expliquer en détail chaque étape de la procédure d'inspection, ainsi que les explications nécessaires sur tout ce qui est technique, sur la structure du bâtiment, le pourquoi de ses recommandations. Il avait la maitrise de son activité et je me sentais en confiance, car il m'expliquait à chaque niveau ce qui était aussi recommandé par la code du bâtiment afin d'être en conformité avec lorsque viendra le temps des réparations, améliorations et entretiens.

The inspector was very professional and did a thorough job. I thought it was just going to be a few walks through the house but it took him about an hour to complete. He was very methodical and meticulous in handling everything with precision. After he was done he took his time to explain every question to my satisfaction. I will not hesitate to recommend them.
