Great Inspector
I was scheduled for a water test by one of the reps and it had to be rescheduled due to the scheduler error on when the lab closes. This pushed back my closing contract which affected my closing date. My agent was sent an email informing us that the test will be discounted (free) because of the error. I had already paid for the test and when I reached out to the reps about a refund I was never contacted back. Bad business and I will never use this company again for anything.

Mathew was great. Very detailed, very observant, very knowledgeable. He didn't have to but he gave a partial refund for the inconvenience when his camera went out and had to reschedule the sewer inspection. He was very nice and patient and a pleasure to work with.
If I need an inspection, I will certainly use him again if at all possible.
