AmeriSpec provides inspection services that are very professional and thorough. The company understands the buyer is the client and really looks out for the buyer's interest with honesty and integrity. As a real estate agent, I want an inspection company that will tell the truth about a property's condition and not try to grease the skids to get a deal closed. The AmeriSpec staff has never failed to meet my high standards. I will continue to use the company for all of my transactions.
Cal was friendly, thorough, and very knowledgeable about the inspection. All my questions were answered even before we met in person. He even had small take home gifts (pens and mints) for myself, mom, and relator after the inspection. I'm still waiting on my report but I'm sure it'll be as thorough as he was while conducting the inspection.

Amerispec Delaware inspectors are thorough and knowledgeable AND they take the time to explain a lot of what they find to buyers.

Blaire was very thorough and went through every corner of the house and inspected every single detail. He took time to explain any quirks he found and explained his rationale to support something. His opinion and inspection really helped me decide on the place. He also took time to give me some tips on how to handle different situations with the furnace, water valves, what do to when away on vacation, what needs to be updated, etc.
Overall I'm very please with the service and definitely helped put my mind at ease.
