Always very through & spends time explaining what they are seeing.
Chris was very professional. Arrived on time, was friendly and very knowledgeable. He took time to explain and answer any questions, even the silly ones! The report was provided within less than 24 hours of the inspection. The report was thorough and easy to read. I would highly recommend Chris and AmeriSpec.

Auditors were thorough and professional.
Very thorough and efficient execution of bothe the initial and final inspection. Very pleasant and respectful personnel conducting the assessment. He described the process clearly and set out what I should expect next. All my questions were answered in detail.
Energy advisors were very thorough and professional.
