So far, so good. First and foremost, the Ameri-Spec inspectors were on time (early) and prepared to work. Reports came out quickly. Have completed first 2 phases of the 4-phase new build inspection program. Besides being on time, they were knowledgeable and professional. I found the office flexible with scheduling as inspection dates had to be changed and they were able to meet the change.
Knowledgeable, personable, communicative inspector. Was very efficient at getting a very detailed inspection done with no time wasted (and he arrived right on time).
We were not able to attend the inspection, but from the reports, the inspector seemed to be very
thorough. Not sure I would want him if we were the sellers instead of the buyers.

I was very happy with service that was provided. Was able to get an appointment at a reasonable time. The report was sent to me the next day. Great feed back on things that needed attention. The gentleman was very professional and even had a call with me and my realtor to go over the report. Overall very pleased!

This is survey is coming too early in your service package, i.e., it is only half done in that the inspection is complete, but not the report. Without the report I can't properly evaluate your service.
