Prompt friendly inspectors that are knowledgeable.
The inspectors are always prompt, polite, professional, and excellent at explaining their findings. The support staff is very helpful too.

Hello, the inspector was thorough and professional. He produced the report very quickly in time for our conditions. Additionally the team were VERY helpful in helping us resolve an issue with inspecting the septic, they really went above and beyond, they got me in touch with the septic company and the person who installed it at this address. I do wish the inspector had looked a bit closer at an issue with a warped floor, it would have saved us a trip and a stressful week.

After my home inspection I call and requested a paper copy, I have no way of printing, I was told I could have a copy for $25.
Unexceptionable, I paid over $500 for the home inspection I should get a paper copy on request.
