Professionnel et efficace
The inspection was conducted in a thorough and professional manner. The results of the inspection was relayed to us on time and communication with AmeriSpec was always pleasant and they clearly explain everything in detail. Would highly recommend them to friends and relatives in need of home inspections.
I was disappointed Josh said he didn't do the attic because there was too much insulation to go there , so my husband and three different roofers had no issue going up there to take a look. Josh also said he didn't want to go in the crawl space, because of 'varmints ' under it that he could see. I felt like we paid the same for a complete inspection, and two important areas were not addressed.
