Loved everything and am very grateful but would recommend a few things to make it perfect. (A) Test the outlets in the building to see if they are properly wired, (B) it would be great to have a process timeline so we can track the overall process and status, (C) The inspection report and the listing of items stating which ones will be accepted, replaced, or repaired, it is not user friendly when one wants to go back to previous items as well as "Repaired or Replaced" selection is not easily found. Overall, will highly recommend the firm though. Thank you.

Steve was incredible. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He walked us through the entire process and was honest if he felt like something was off. He was very approachable and open to discussing various things throughout the house. I would highly recommend Steve.
