Easy to schedule, professional and same day report.
I like how quickly they were able to schedule my inspection. I love how detail oriented they are with conducting the inspection, writing the report, including pictures and the time they take to explain their findings. Also, they are happy to answer any questions you have later, after you take time to absorb all of the initial information.
Communication and explanation
Jorge did a great job during the inspection. He walked the buyers through the process, explained what he was doing, and took time to answer all of their questions and concerns.

Everything went smooth and easy.
Scheduling was quick and easy. The staff was very friendly. The inspector, Dave, was very thorough. He explained what he was going to do every step of the way. When he was finished he walked us through the issues helping us ultimately make an informed decision about the house which had more costly issues than you could see on the surface. The inspection was well worth the price. I chose Amerispec on a recommendation. I will definitely be recommending them to others and using them again.

Availability of inspectors
The most important part, for us, was Clay Ballard. He did a fabulous job and it was just what we needed for the upcoming purchase of the house. Also the reports were as complete as anyone could possibly expect.
David took his time to explain his findings, share his knowledge and provide a great report for future refence.
