Restoring the credibility of office staffs.
The inspector was very kind and friendly, but the office staffs lost credibility. Because the office staffs told me they would send me a reservation confirmation email, but they didn't, so I contacted them again and told them I hadn't received the email, but they didn't send it after saying they would send it again. They even checked my e-mail address several times.

Excellent review and observations of our new home and current home. The scheduling process is efficient. It is hard to rate service because I have never worked with this type of service before. I have nothing to compare it to. I can say that the office administrator, Maureen, was most helpful and responsive. The assessor, Amanda, conducted herself in a professional manner.

The technicians that did the inspection were thorough and took the time to explain what they were doing. They also provided clear and detailed instructions for what we needed to do to qualify for the home energy rebates and loans. That was very helpful as the process can be confusing.
