Amerispec is my go-to for home inspections and has been for almost two decades. They are thorough while being more reasonably priced by competitors.
The inspector was very knowledgable and professional. When walking us through their findings they explained everything very cleary without talking down to us. As first time home buyers who are somewhat overwhelmed with the process, it was nice to have an inspection that was transparent and right to the point.
