Very thorough inspection with explanations for any issues - answered all questions buyers had
Oddly the home has no Interior trim or drywall around the windows or doors and this didn’t make it on the inspection.

Inspected everything from top to bottom. I also liked how he gives a thumb down in the pictures when something is not good.
I was very impressed with the thouroughness of the inspection. There was a minor issue with the billing and payment which was quickly resolved.
Price was ridiculous....over 1000 dollars for 2 hrs of walking around? I'm a certified inspector myself and never charged over 500 for up to 3000sqft house, Yes he had to check the septic but still way over inflated price. Travel, gas, time is charged but everyone I mentioned it to was shocked.
He has a great personality and did a fine job. I i didn't do the inspection, because I was buying the house myself so ethically thought we need we need another professional opinion.
Found a couple of items he missed while I was there.
Based on this experience, I will not recommend Amerispeck.

The Inspector Vern Reaume provided competent, thorough, and professional service. He was patient while my "first time" Buyer had lots of questions. As a veteran Realtor, I really appreciated the comprehensive report that was provided to both me and my client. (Of course Vern asked the client's permission before sharing the report with me)
